Verusara School Partner Agreement Summary

By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms:

Revenue split: Verusara processes all donations on your behalf. Your school receives 90% of gross donation volume. Verusara retains 10% (approximately 7% net after Stripe processing fees) to sustain platform operations.

Payouts: Funds are deposited directly to your connected bank account within 48 hours of campaign close, or within 48 hours of each donation if rolling payouts are enabled.

Student data: Verusara does not collect, store, or process any student personally identifiable information. Students are beneficiaries of campaigns, never users of the platform.

Campaign use: Campaigns must be for legitimate school-related purposes. Verusara reserves the right to suspend campaigns that violate this requirement.

No contracts: Either party may discontinue the partnership at any time. Verusara will process and pay out all pending donations before account closure.

Fees: There are no setup fees, subscription fees, or upfront costs. Verusara's fee is taken only from processed donations.
